Sell Darts at Starwood

Can Jabbala at the Starwood village sell darts?  Perhaps Bone Darts/Flechettes/Knives with lowered weight and -1 dmg?

With halfling penchant for thrown weapons, seems it would make sense all of them would be offered there.
