GSF Evocation/Illusion summons

Allow GSF: Evocation and GSF: Illusion to act on the summon point system for the summons of those schools. So that a high level illusionist could summon multiple shadow conjuration hounds/shadows, and a high level evoker could summon multiple shelgarns persistent blades.

I say this because I want to see a wizard walking around with 5 little daggers twirling around him.

I do not know the full details, but there may be a DnD knowledge-based reason why shadow conjuration stuff isn't mixed in with regular conjuration, and the persistent blade may be along the same reasons.  That's something to take into account.

It used to be possible with Shelgarn's. I persuaded Johannes to disable it.

This should never be available to every PC, if at all.

If implemented I would say keep stuff like this hard to get, similar to scrying for diviners etc.
