Stall Rental not expiring

The stall rental just above the Kingsman seems to be not expiring.

I don't know if it's because someone drops while it's rented or logs out or what have you.

It expires for me when the time passes, as it should.  But sometimes when it isn't used, the stall will show someone else's advertisment and states it is rented.  It doesn't expire.  EVER.

I've left the area and returned to see if it needs refreshing, no love.

There's no way to rent it for an extended period of time, AFAIK.

I have seen this happening to the upper stall on the southern side of the Ziggurat aswell.
From what I have seen it seems to happen when the servers has not been reseted for a while, I could be wrong though.

This seems to be happening more frequently, and compounds a persistent problem I've seen in which I pay the money and then the message never appears (probably a lag issue).

When you pay the money, you have to refresh the placard (I don't know if you have to leave area and return or if simply moving til it's off your screen and then back is enough) before it will change for you.  Same is true of any in range of the placard when you claim it.

People who were not around when you claim it and arrive later will see your sign.

Claim not expiring is still an issue, though.
