It is up to us, we survivors, to make sure what everyone else has died for makes sense. To see this through, and obtain Total Victory. It will not bring Durgin or Marcellus or Kythaela or countless others back, but at the very least they will not have died for a war we'd then lose due to a lack of heart and conviction.
