The Current Menu
The Menu will be revisited, old notices replaced, often.

Salads

Salade de Gesiers
Culinary preparation based on poultry Ash-Gull, and Cabbage, with eggs, tomatoes, and small pieces of quality bread.

Cold Salad
Fresh and light-tasting cold salad.
A breakfast or sidedish salad with Sharp Red or Ticker Cheese, Barleys and Potatoes. Garnish with Rosewine and honey dressing.

Breads

Flatbread
Made with flour; water, milk, yogurt; and salt, and then thoroughly rolled into flattened dough.

Bread Rolls
Small, oblong individual loaf of bread served as a meal accompaniment eaten with butter.


Meats

Sausage
Very herby sausages with Red Cheese-Walnut Mashed Potatoes

Saucisson
Thick dry cured Salami with varied seasoning (alot of salt).

Boudin Noir
A traditional Ring  306 Blood Pudding Sausage made of  blood, Collared Peccary Snouts, Alley Onions, and Spices.
Delicious with Sweet Potatoes.

Haggis
A type of Pudding composed of the liver, heart, and lungs of Awassi Goat.
Minced and mixed with Dune Bison Beef and Goatmilk/Ephia's Waters Oatmeal and seasoned with Alley onion, and Spices.

Meatloaf
A dish of ground Dune Bison beef that was formed into the shape of a loaf, then baked.

Blanquette (RARE!)
The Tortoise or Okapi meat is simmered in a white stock and served in a sauce veloute enriched with cream and egg.

Soups

Bland Soup
A cheap and thin easy to make soup for the poorest among us.

Vichyssoise Soup
Cooked and pureed leeks, potatoes, onions and cream. Served chilled and garnished with chopped chives.

Fungal Soup
Several mushrooms and vegetables float around in this cooked soup. Delicious and healthy!

Cakes and Pastries

Date and walnut loaf
Loaded with sticky dates and sweetly-rich walnuts.
Date and walnut loaf is the perfect Coffee time treat.

Fruitcake
A cake made with candied or dried fruit, nuts, and spices, and optionally soaked in spirits.

Gingerbread
Flavored Bread with ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon and sweetened with (your choice) honey, sugar, or molasses.

Kouign-Amann (RARE!)
A sweet Ring 306 recipe Cake, made with laminated Dough.
It is a round multi-layered cake, made with Bread Dough, containing layers of butter and incorporated sugar.

Fungal Pastry
Has a tender flaky ripplebark crust, filled with juicy meat from the barrelstalk fungus.
Crushed sugar and fire linchen paste atop. Hard to resist.

Pound Cake
Made with a pound of each of four ingredients: flour, butter, eggs, and sugar. Served either dusted with powdered sugar, lightly glazed,

Tarte Tatin
A pastry in which the apples are caramelized in butter and sugar before the tart is baked.

Crepe
A very thin type of pancake. The filling is up to your choice: cheese, fruit, vegetables or meat.

Choux a la creme
The pastry is airy and light. It swells during cooking, leaving a hollow appearance which is then filled with whipped cream!

Extras

Hard Candies
A candy prepared from varied syrups boiled and becoming stiff and brittle. Loads of sugar and happiness.

Nougats
Candy made of Sugar, Nuts and Eggwhite!

Dreamy Liquorice (CAREFUL! RARE!)
The Liquorice is extracted from the Liquorice plant, a root which has naturally sweet, aromatic flavouring.
Careful! The effects of this lovely sugary explosion of taste might be overbearing for some.

Sembian Sauce
A very, very strong sauce, use only a few drips! You will love the strong taste of far, FAR away lands.

Hot Spices
Speaks for itself, not for the meek, it is spicy spice!

Ordering food and hiring cooking services

Handdeliver or send your orders by letters and preferably but not necessarily in bulk.
Preparing your order could take a day or several days, due to the rarity of nostalgic ingredients used.
This is not your regular falafel marketstand.

No single food prices over 10 dinar. You may safely assume prices will be very affordable.

Alfred Delafosse will singlehandedly and uniquely prepare your order.
Also definitely for hire at dinner parties as presentor and cook of the food.
