Ring Runner Shaft and Lesser variant have identicle stats

Hello! There are two spears I've found with identicle stats. The first is the Ringrunner Shaft, and the other is the Ringrunner Shaft, Lesser. They appear to have identicle stats despite being separate items and I thought this seemed like a bug.
