Watcher Suits L'Arcell and Rustbucket

The L'Arcell and Rustbucket Suits say they cost 15 favor but actually cost a different amount. The suits in the armory should be updated to reflect their actual favor cost.

They should probably also cost a bit less, too, but I'm not really sure what the stats on them are, so I can hardly make an informed suggestion to that effect.
