Directorate Sendings

Hey, since a special someone told me that Directorate Members don't get free sendings, I thought it'd be pretty awesome if Directorate PCs got custom NPCs who made sendings for them, so instead of "Messenger Boys", you get-

"Herald of the Directorate" without mentioning which director is making the sending. Makes it feel elite, official, and badass!

There's 'Directorate Courier' NPCs in the game already. Could work...

This would be very cool, for sure, and definitely add an air of professionalism that making the sendings yourself doesn't have. At the very least, though, I would like to not have to pay for sendings. I didn't have to when I was a Prefect!
