Yeah, school year's starting for me. I'll probably remain at the same activity I've been; that is, not much, but I won't be available midday EST for most days now.

Due to terrible horrible rotten luck on my part, I can not currently afford internet access save for the occasional visit at my local library. Expect my absence for the next week or two while I scrimp and save.

Some people might have noticed my recent absence. I apologize, but due to being busy IRL (thus requiring a decent amount of sleep) and lightning storms in the evenings on the days I've been free... well... fate conspires against me along with mother nature.

I wouldn't bother posting, because I was hopeful I'd be able to begin steady play this weekend, but mother nature isn't done. I'm in the path of hurricane Irene, and if past hurricanes are any prelude I'm likely to have my electricity knocked out as a result. If I lose power (and depending on how bad it hits other areas) I could be gone for a bit - probably till sometime mid-next week.

I should be fine, I'm fully prepared, so no worries there. Hopefully, once real life and mother nature are done with me, I'll be able to return to a more normal play schedule.

So, yeah. If anyone wonders where I've wandered off to during or after this weekend: I'll almost certainly be sitting alone reading by candle light, looking up frequently to mutter obscenities at the electric company and mother nature.

Having a break for a while... Sorting out real life stuff... If it is still viable to play my PC at a later date, I'd like to... But whatever happens is fine. :) Apologies to the faction I've been working with... I'd rather step aside so new members can join and get their own stories moving... I cannot devote quality time to gaming right now. Rock on, EfU!
