Gloom walker not working

It seems, that after taking the perk and logging in again, I am not rolling vs blinding or gaining the penalties.

This is atleast on gobsquat and the alleys between it and the Duchy.

I'll be testing and looking at it still to see if it changes.

Correction.

It works in squat area, but not on the alleys between squat and dominion.

Edit:

The Nebezzdos alleyways is a troublesome area it seems. It's clear that the the rolls vs light sensitivy don't activate in that area, not for Gloom walker perk atleast. Second is that the weather there is usually totally different from every other place. Maybe the area is a bit messed.

New situation:

I log in at the nebezzdos alleyways

Walk into the Gobsquat and later log out there

When I log back in now at the Gobsquat, the Gloomwalker perk does not active the light sensitivity and even with transitioning to different areas and coming back, it's not activating.

Totally sure. As you can see the current times of the last post, they were only couple hours ago and it was something like a noon or bit earlier In game. Definitely a day time.

I've noticed that the Nebezzdos Alleyways does not appear to be triggered as an outdoors area. I.E. when it rains elsewhere, it does not rain in the Nebezdos alleyways. Maybe related?

It's possible, but I think it works for duergars there as well, as far as I've seen and heard.

It's just iffy with the perk given light sensitivity, like all these situations have been, that I've reported here.

Yes the alleyway is defenatly outdoors when it comes to light sensitivity.

Now the light sensitivity has not worked anywhere for a couple logging times.

It seems it works best after reset, and next logs after that it's kinda broken.

Light sensitivity is working correctly on Thyzykeelix, who has the old version of the perk.  I reported a problem after the first reset in which the new version was implemented, that light sensitivity did not seem to be activating for Thyz at all, but this problem went away after one reset and has not returned for me since.

Has atleast been blinding my ass off, and I'm in a joyful bliss.
