My skills in english certainly improved. I remember the days when I first joined EfU (first NWN server for me), I was barely able to type a understandable sentence. Now I can do presentations IRL in english without any training before, a great boon compared to my colleagues.

Apart from that I am of course enjoying the comfort of a great community, who got so much more to offer than just RP and trolling on IRC. Hanging out with you guys is certainly fun, and old players returning to just chat and hang out prove that point.

Equinox

To be less of a asshole.

A lot of useful stuff on job interviews and life in general from people who've already been through my current trials and tribulations.

Also typing speed and english diction.

Coldburn

What EFU has given me is perspective. Perspective to see things through another's eyes. A perspective on freedom vs. authority, morals, and behavior. In a RL world such as ours, I think it's important you're able to see what others see. It has made me not only a good negotiator but given me the ability to play devil's advocate when important decisions need to be made.

Jayde Moon

EfU:A has shown me that it is possible to heal the world.  Make it a better place.  For you and for me and the entire human race.

johanmaxon

A place to relax from my hectic life, peacefully sitting infront of my computer and killing things are great after a hard day.

Oskar Maxon

Johanmaxon, peacefully killing things since '94

Mr_BBQ

It has improved my english greatly, which helped me acquire my newest and most important hobby-profession, which is translating. Also improved my creativity a bit...

Divine Intervention

The ability to type with some speed, when I first joined here i'd have to stand still for about a minute whilst I typed something.  This has really helped when I leave my English essays until very late and have to blast through them.  Also creativiy, I tend to put a lot of thought into my concepts and this just helps coming up with new ideas.

UnholyWon

EFU has given me a great amount of friends that I can talk too and annoy. :)

I've found a few people that are within the same area of my profession, and part of my enjoyment is to talk shop with them occasionally.

EFU has definately helped me be more assertive IRL.

My creativity has reached new highs.

It has also given me an outlet to vent all of life's little stressors.

Relinquish

Tons of thoughts and questions that can't be answered.

Echigo

N/A

The ability to wipe quickly after using the restroom. I always had to take dumps during quests. Now I can use public toilets without having to worry about someone standing in the front and waiting for a long time.

It also taught me English.

The Alchemist

You are disgusting, AfroMullet, and bring shame to a mature and intelligent playerbase.

Porkolt

He's got a point, though.
