Add Palemaster to "Character Class"

On the Realms lore forum, under character class forum, there is stuff for every class but Palemaster in regards to mechanics/earning it suggestions.

It would be ah-[cough] Helpful, if such could be added.

Neither of the mentioned sources describe anything of the process that is involved in becoming a Palemaster.

I believe Howland is incrementally adding the expectations and requirements section to the individual prestige classes.
