More quest in squat

What I noticed is that there are only a few quests in the squat but not enough to run a character not aloud at the ziggurat or doesn't fit in. What I think we should have is more quests around the squat fitting the fact almost all beginners quests are found around the ziggurat.

IC justifications are easily imagined, given the setting, but we've already plenty of lowbie quests.
