This thread reads more like a comic strip making fun of D&D players than a conversation on how to make the game better. If the worst thing that happens to you in your day is some character introducing himself as a paladin of Trom on EFU, your life is pretty good. Just some perspective.

I think the goblin lord talisman needs a better description if it is going to fall under this list of items. I thought I was being careful with this sort of thing, but since nothing the talisman did was inherently evil I've been wearing it with my Lawful Good Dwarf for two days as a trophy of a victory.

Dammit, now I have to leave. And come back tomorrow. And, leave again.

We had a party that seemed to meet the specs, but couldn't take it for some reason or another. Just kept getting a message saying we didn't respect the level max, or the player min. There were four of us, and I am assuming we were all around level five, though its hard to tell without asking.

Some of you know me, most of you don't. I have tried EFU several times over the past 6 years, and while my hatred for the Underdark as a setting kept me from ever putting my all into this server in the past, the last few weeks I have been playing around with characters who mostly die quickly and have found myself thoroughly enjoying the new setting. I am admittedly consumed by real life more times then not, so I cannot promise that I will be on at the obscene levels I used to play a few years back on the server the few of you who do know me know me from, but I intend to make the most of the time I do have to play.

The account I am using currently is Smokestack Lightning, so if you see me doing something stupid feel free to slap me with a tell, since every server has their way of doing things that differs slightly from others. I tend to like a heavy mixture of conversation and action, so if I come across as a bit ansy it's not that I am not interested in your character, I just think that a conversation out exploring is much better then a conversation locked in some room somewhere. That's not saying I can't sit still if the conversation is important, just don't get insulted if after 45 minutes I start itching to get out and kill something.

So hello, and kudos to both the dm team for a server that makes the game feel brand new and the player base who have come across for the most part as very welcoming to a new player.
