There are just so many troubles of late, with all of the ashstorms about. It chokes supplies and almost everything else.

It's such a pressing matter that it is hard to ignore.

Dear Zaire,

I have wanted to write and thank you for your help in recent days. It has been so tough to actually get my hands on flour (and eggs!) here beyond the walls. I've been trying to put my talents at writing to good use, but my hands haven't stopped shaking since the wastes. The memories are dire, but my days are better.

Please just let me know what I can do. There are many forms of baking that I've been working on!

Assure payment reaches us promptly at the address enclosed.

It has been an age since we had last met in Baz'eel, and though the reflections of the moon upon the great fountains were a marvel almost without compare, they were matched and exceeded by the mirth that I beheld in your starlit eyes.

I find that growing distance has not aided my discontent at our parting, and I weep as the cloak of great B'aara. And though my myriad thoughts have turned to mundane affairs, I cannot banish your image from my mind's eye.

You are ever on my mind.
