There's been a hubbub about the Ponds and hunting changelings recently. However, there aren't actually that many to go after. Factions are fairly empty and open for growth.
Interesting things are afoot for those who are willing to play dangerous concepts that exist outside of the Hub. There is plenty of room to make a splash and grow a concept. (heh)
The druidic metaplot is rather unique and different, and I would advise a player to try it at least once, just to get a difference experience of EFU, where the environment is not your obstacle, but your friend.

Possible ideas include:
Quote-A druid of Ythevax who uses the carnivorous vines to make puppets of those who would oppose nature, spreading decay and entropy (Druid-necro anyone?)[/size]
-A fey oathkeeper who delights in pranks and tricks, making their home in the urban wastes and alleys of the city, rather then the usual natural settings
- A warden of the ponds, who prefers to fight as a man, not shifting as others do, but maintains a close connection to the land (druid multi-class)
-A cast-off of the mongrelwoods, enraged by their abandonment, seeking revenge by kindling the dark spirits of the wood
-A trashheap sifter, who spends most of his time as a Dumpster Bear. Eating trash and growing fat for winter. TRASHBEAR
- A peer renegade who gave oath, but now has conflicted thoughts, and secretly works to oppose the existing order
-A druid who seeks to merge into the ultimate natural form by finding a circle of druids who would turn into one giant creature capable of causing terrible terrible damage to their enemies.(Or many copies of others, think Megazord shapeshifting or the Di'vers from Malazan.)
