Considering how the Collective is meant to contain monsters, necromancers, and the other kind of PCs which are easily KOS, it is somewhat ironic that they lack a two-way passage in-and-out of the Vaults when contrasted against the Spellguard (generally lacking in monster/KOS PCs), which has a two-way passage in-and-out of its faction HQ.
