Once upon a time, Umber Hulk form had True Seeing, and that was arguably what made the form balanced with the others. As I recall, it was removed for being overpowered, and I guess nothing got put in instead.

I didn't actually do this three weeks ago and now i really need to. I'm cutting out EFU altogether until I get my stuff in order. I hope to be back within about two weeks. If I've left anything or anyone hanging, it's unintentional and I apologize. Dyn's tried to put her affairs in order in the meantime for an extended absence.

1. A Waste barrel in the lower floor, either in the main public area, or in each of the four Storage Rooms

2. For the Red Lantern restaurant to include actual food instead of just drinks. Maybe some Sanctuary Gin in the drinks list?

3. Any kind of place to rest for the Councillor holding the building. Perhaps with a Desk and chairs for meetings, though the Red Lantern serves.

Let me know if any of this should be pursued in game.

In an entire week of renting the House of Trade prefecture, the Tax Collector never appeared once (despite checking every day...) I've been informed that there should be a tax collector though, and where it should have been located... though it's possible that this perk was removed since that person held the prefecture.
 

The Catalogue for viewing the items in storage only updates when the module is loaded (or the first time it's opened)

The Blessed Holy Wand has no required classes, it's intended (?) to be used by anyone, but since it's a wand, it is subject to the script that prevents casters from using wands above their level (which filters specifically for characters who aren't able to cast that spell) (wizard schools not withstanding)

Was it possible to find all the H'bala's prison keys (the numbered stones) without DM intervention?

Is there any significance in the similar appearances&designs of the 'ancient ruins' areas from Ymph and from Dunwarren? Like, I realize it probably wasnt intentional at the time, that's just the best-fit tileset, but would a curious architect be able to draw a short derivation between the corridors of the Sunken Enclave with those of Beyond the Bowels?

The second workbench from the left, (upon entering.)  requiring 500 gold and a particular item, will take your gold before notifying you that you need that particular item. And then, even if you happen to have an item by that name, you can't complete the project. This is dumb and bad for multiple reasons. Hopefully the workbench on the far left does not also have this issue, but I haven't known anyone to try.
