Okay, I can live with it, so long as the DM's know of this.

I used that particulair upgrade to enhance my shambling corpse's "attack" and his stats remained unchanged. Incase it matters, it's the shambling corpse form with the helmet.

It did count incase you're wondering, the enhancement didn't "fail". It also counted towards the amount of enhancements I could apply to it, as I could apply additional ones to the one I didn't upgrade with attack.

It doesn't work, apparently. The attack bonus does work on skeletons.

It'd be nice to have "rothe meat", "rat meat" and perhaps even grubber or deep hound meats as reagents for the "animate dead" spell. It'd be wonderful to have some variarity plus it'd be an even bigger insult to nature-inclined Druids and Protectors and ground for further conflict. Rats could have on-hit disease properties and dexterity stats, whilst Rothes could have ridiculious hitpoints but low AC/Str, for examples.

I'm especially looking forward to undead hounds, I think that'd be a really stylish and cool option. None of these should be more powerful than warrior bones though, I feel.

It's good you were so committed to alchemy I believe there's none other to rival you in that field. Nice to witness some of the things you can make in that system. My interactions with Shard were always pleasant and I enjoyed RPing with him on Griff Rheston. Have fun in your future endeavors.
