I'm a new player and have read a lot of the documentation but please forgive me if I'm doing something wrong: I've completed the prologue and I'm in a cell in Sanctuary but an NPC who I'm pretty sure is supposed to continue the story for me is dead. It's Clerk Edgar Daler. Several of the NPC guards around the cell are damaged so I'm assuming there was a battle or a spell was set off.
