My PC is Elaine Vadrell. When attempting to apply the new marking fluid upon a PC, nothing seems to happen. The target has tried both accepting and resisting the application to no avail.

I'm unsure if it's kobold related. I'll try it on a non monstrous race as soon as an IC opportunity presents itself.

 

Been coming down with something really nasty the past couple of days. Playtime will likely be minimal for a few days until it clears out of my system.
