Can confirm they do not work on shields either. My PC, Rago Aelen, has a custom loot shield with "on hit knockdown" effect and it doesn't work either.

Would be great to get it fixed/replaced/sorted.... but presuming it's pretty low on the DM list of things to do alas.

To suppliment these here are Amethyst Dragons reforged weapon overrides. They look great and given they are generally subtle fit the setting well. If nothing more they make a sickle actually look like a sickle! Whilst the link says chained weapons, from this you can access them all.

never dyed after creation

Try to enchant some robes made by Seamstress Lucy but she rejects them as not made by her (they were). I managed to get one enchantment on but cannot do a second (have on other PC's put a few enchantments so it hasn't max'd out).

I did wonder if its associated with the Spellsong -15% Arcane Casting temporary effect which is also quite buggy in not appearing and then appearing randomly.
