Dude. I seriously loved your character. He was a cunt, the good kind, actually scary & competent despite his corrupted personality. I'm sad to read this obituary, I had hoped this sickening man to lead Sanctuary into flames for his own ambitions. Well done Vrygil <3.

I enjoyed my interaction with Bolton very much and I like that you gave zero shits and did your own thing defying your authorities. Well played.

Hi, I've today decided to retire Griff Rheston. I created Griff Rheston to be anti-cultist, anti-monster and anti-monster supporter but he turned out quite differently due to IG-events and friendships. Playing Griff was quite an immersive experience and all decisions I made were all totally In-Character which I'm quite proud of. It did however lead me to make choices that although they made sense IC, weren't so fun OOC for me personally. The politics of Upper Sanctuary although complex & interesting for most started to feel like a headache/chore to keep up with & the same goes for being an officer. Griff had many interesting characters to roleplay with from the beginning, Barnabas Cosca who I'm sad died quite early during our rivalry, Laura Tanner, Kemsith Ta'ieta, Owaine Greywall, Bunwhal, Shard Perion, Kaleidosa, Cormick Redblade, Shatterred Shores ppl & the other many people of the watch, ETCETERA. I really did some cool stuff on Griff I didn't expect to get to do, like destroying lairs, PvPing my allies (lol), get a shit-ton of DM loot, play around in the 25 favor powersuit (its OP!), defeat Terrifying Cave & other insane quests, been fun!

WaW is gigantic now so it'll be fine without me. Just make sure to leave the damn gates from time to time pussies! (jk)

All my plotitems switched hands so I won't be in the way of progress. Enjoy some screenshots.

Aw meng, I could depend on Samual! Loyal lad. Anyway I get your frustration, dying repeatedly is really boring since you keep having to do the same damn quests.

Have fun on your next PC!

Suggestions / Feedback for "The Ruined Temple"

Hi, I just ran through 9/10th of the quest for the first time with a group (we all died to a miniboss, but thats not important). And I want to say that I love the enemies of this quest, the RP objects around to interact with and the general feel to it. The enemies are awesome and so are the minibosses.

I've only one complaint, the trapfest is too exessive in my and my friends' opinions. I get that a quest where a Rogue is very important is rewarding for the class but it's too much. The quest needlessly adds several hours of duration only due to traps. The traps are dangerous - that is good. But the amount of traps is too much. And you've to remember that checking for traps is most of the time the job of one single player. In return five others are waiting on the Rogue.

I'd suggest making the "area below" the traparea and making the Temple itself have no traps, or add more pools of shadow and other visible traps - instead of slowing down the quest so much. The traps are barely challenging aswell if the Rogue manages to mark them all. (none of us died to traps and were at no point in danger of dying to them, they did cause a lot of "injured" moments and cost a lot of healing so thats good, but thats not actual danger.)

All in all I rate this quest highly, if this was changed I think it'd be one of my favorites. Add more enemies if you want to make the difficulity to remain the same. Those shades are awesome foes, and actually dangerous.

Cormick "Bulldozer" Redblade, demolisher of gates, died by stairs. A hero nonetheless.
