I am inclined to agree that this would be a cool benefit for the class... I wonder whether it actually makes sense, though. Does being an assassin mean that the city guard is less likely to intervene and stop you? I don't think so. Probably, it would mean the opposite!

Another thought: I think if there is seriously an issue with DMs not responding to requests to supervise PvP, which I'm not sure there is, that's something that should be discussed and fixed in and of itself. I don't (personally) think implementing brand new exceptions to the PvP rules would be the way to fix that.

My next few days are likely to be busy, so don't expect me around much!

To me, this really seems like something that would be best handled in-game!
