I unfortunately haven't figured out how to get the IRC working, but what are your play times? I had a Bonewarden I am itchy to play, but kinda hard to get away with animating undead around most adventurers :P

I don't mean for this to sound bad, but I wasn't this upset when I went from 900 exp from 6, to 2 the other day. I lost a level, to some impossible save/damage. If it was some epic battle, random trap, failed drown save, rolled a 1, sure. Hell, even going into a event that has such things, DM's normally have a warning. But when there's absolutely, no way, impossible for someone to survive that, without 100% fire immunity, that bothers me for a low magic server.

Issue: Fire spell DC40, 215 damage? I mean I am reasonable towards deaths, if I accidentally run through a crowd, cause AoO's or step on a trap or something. But I don't even think a level 20, could reach this sort of fort save, or hp range?

I unfortunately did not snap it quick enough after the spell, to show I was on the far side of the room. As the big fiery ring, screamed damage. Seemed like there was some spells casted, others ran into the room. She said "Too breach the Portal, all that is required" "is the spilling of mortal blood to break the final barrier"
