Suggestions / Dive transition at the northern end of the Scamander

I'm not sure if the geography of the zone allows for this to make sense, but it would be really good if we had the option to travel up and down the entire Scamander underwater (from the Dark Lake near that quest to the Low Road) rather than just part of the way.
