Technically possible for a cleric or similiar: invis to the boss, spam high-powered summons, smite the boss, and invis flee. Perhaps a scythe rogue could sneak-crit the boss and win? Either way, should probably be fixed.

Also, many of the specific-key doors are there to link to specific possible plot locations, such as a heretofore unreachable area (to me) I know of which houses a shrine to Lolth...such implies highly dangerous NPCs / mobs in an otherwise lower-level zone, and a huge conflict due to various circumstances regarding its location.

Thirded, I can't count the number of times Kayla wished she could have used hers. With her propensity for blowing herself and everything nearby up, these went with her perfectly. The lack of being able to use them was quite regrettable, as there were numerous situations one would've changed the outcome of dramatically.

Implementation could be achieved via an added script to the Old Shovel, useable in designated graveyard areas where, upon usage of the secondary script, would try to find a corpse (against DC, of course) along with a possibility of summoning user-hostile undead, whether successful or not. Repeated attempts could even increase the likelihood of an undead attack, leading to a number of them rising and assailing whoever was graverobbing, or even an all-out uprising against the intrusion (possibly a scripted Invasion sequence, like with War Trolls, Goblins, and Kobolds?).

Further, I don't know if it's got one yet, but the graveyard crypt would be ideal for a home and spawn point for, say....a necromancer, Jergalite, Kelemvorite, or follower of Velsharoon. I suppose the little shack outside the graveyard might work, too, but only for the Jergalite or Kelemvorite.

Further, it may be cool to make it so on critical fails, an undead is found, maybe like a zombie or skeleton, which would agro on the digger.

EDIT: Spirits of various sorts might also be viable, as graves are being disturbed...the spirit of the deceased wants peace via murdering the person who's bothering the grave, and they've got stronger powers than just smacking you around. Same for the occasional ghoul or tyrantfog zombie.

Epic death, a shame Kayla never threw one at Morv (not that she never considered it).

What with the new graveyard and all, I thought here would be a fine place for this suggestion: the usage of a Shovel on a graveyard having a chance to uncover a corpse item or other body part, like Devoured Head, Twitching Corpse, Indistinguishable Corpse, animateable bodies, and the like.

Bug Reports / Exploring - Netherese Chambers

The aforementioned map in the subject (Exploring - Netherese Chambers) has rope ladders which invariably fail (in my experience) to lead one back up to Nebezzdos, leaving parties stuck below until a DM decides to rescue them, or a reset.
