Right, but people didn't pay a 3000 fee to rent out a room in the Hanged Goblin though.

Oh, the rooms. Given the 3000 to become a member, and 500 gold/week to rent a room there, it'd be awesome if the chests in the rentable rooms could be expanded to allow for more than merely 5 items. Trying to play a merchant, and was sort of hoping for more!

The two doors leading into the Mayor's Office area of the Last Keep (and possibly others in the area) do not seem to share the script that enables them to be closed and after a time, talk to be unheard from the other side.

I suppose while on the topic of the area; a spawn point and storage chest would be excellent too. :)

Would be nice to have one more chair on the balcony overhanging the square, so we can chat with another member or visitor.

I'll probably think of more suggestions, only new to the Club. But it is great!
