Seems exactly the same issue as with the Pathfinder perk.

People also should remember, that when they are SD'd, and they keep on with the big mouth, crass talk, spitting out threats with a sword on their throat, it's basically asking for FD.

Being rather very good at the gaming the quest system, i must say, that 3k per day is an absolutely ridiculous myth, ser, and you were probably trolled. Your average quest pays 200 gp. And most in fact, pay less.

Or, the person you spoke with, spends 12+ hrs/day questing/selling loot from questing/brewing potions, and/or the person is a caster and has 2 melee PC minions to crush each quest for him.

IMO.

Not to mention, that I managed to trigger a trap on two separate Bilby runs IN the corridor leading out, where all the statues are.

Seemingly and absolutely random.

Confirmed, happened to me before with another player starting the quest while I was still in the middle of it.

Love this idea!

Quote from: Cerberus;184769My turn for questions...
How does changing this particular map justify that in one case it's ok to run from map to map being chased and not in another situation? I'm guessing the answer to this is it's ok to cheat an NPC but not a PC. The PC's are smart enough not to follow a PC to the "safe" area so if they run and the PC chasing them doesn't follow what reason does he have to now say his PC isn't allowed to go back to the fight after healing/buffing?

Running over a transition to an area filled with NPC's to rebuff/heal and jump back to the combat is absolutely bad taste and wrong.

Nothing's wrong with however just simply getting the fuck out of the non-NPC area where the PvP occurs into the safety of the Zig/Docks.

It's simply a matter of courtesy, mm?

Oh oh oh, and there's so, so many things about this which can't be mentioned due to spoilerish issues!

Bring your peg-legged goblins, homosexual ogres, tieflings... generally anything sick that comes into your minds!

Quote from: BrittanyPanthas;182594Its not supposed to be a knockdown, in D&D its called 'Trip'

Trip

You can try to trip an opponent as an unarmed melee attack. You can only trip an opponent who is one size category larger than you, the same size, or smaller.
Making a Trip Attack

Make an unarmed melee touch attack against your target. This provokes an attack of opportunity from your target as normal for unarmed attacks.

If your attack succeeds, make a Strength check opposed by the defender’s Dexterity or Strength check (whichever ability score has the higher modifier). A combatant gets a +4 bonus for every size category he is larger than Medium or a -4 penalty for every size category he is smaller than Medium. The defender gets a +4 bonus on his check if he has more than two legs or is otherwise more stable than a normal humanoid. If you win, you trip the defender. If you lose, the defender may immediately react and make a Strength check opposed by your Dexterity or Strength check to try to trip you.
Avoiding Attacks of Opportunity

If you have the Improved Trip feat, or if you are tripping with a weapon (see below), you don’t provoke an attack of opportunity for making a trip attack.

Tripping with a Weapon

Some weapons can be used to make trip attacks. In this case, you make a melee touch attack with the weapon instead of an unarmed melee touch attack, and you don’t provoke an attack of opportunity.

If you are tripped during your own trip attempt, you can drop the weapon to avoid being tripped.

Well, yes. But in PnP, you get 50 different posibilites of what to do with your opponent when you trip him. Grapple, smash his head against the ground till the brain plops out from the ears, kick him in the balls, chop off his feet so he can't run, etc.

In NwN, you can just smash the shit out of him. And then, if you don't have like disabling/holding consumables (HP, tangle bags, sonic burst etc), if KD does no damage, then in 1vs1 it becomes absolutely useless and redundant?
