Potion of Barbed Mutilation.

Brewed by the high priestesses of Loviatar. These potions are drank by those who want to fully commit to the faith.

Effects- Those that drink the potion, will have blades pierce out from the skin, in random locations( Wounding effect for 10 rounds, slow 5 rounds, /10% health on blade barrier activation)

The blades will continue to grow in size until finally surrounding the consumer in a barrier of blades ( Blade barrier effect in 2 directions, 3 rounds).

The side attacks, are not scripted and done by the DM team, and often done because the front are abusing the AI of the spawns.

If you don't want to die in an invasion, dont take part.

Fact is, alot of higher level, better stocked, or more daring players are the reason invasions are held off most of the time. They sacrifice supplies, and take the risk of death to have a little fun.

Other players, get the benifit of free xp and watch the show, or risk taking part.

We have numerous invasion scripts, from kobolds to trolls. Meaning even low level players can take part and hold off an attack.

The thing that grates me, and I mean really pisses me off. Is the same players, doing nothing in these invasions except casting invisibility and looting everything clean. More often than not, a simple healing from a charm could save a characters life. But they are too interested in getting rich.

This is not particular solvable on an OOC level, other than in DM invasions. They take note, and act accordingly. On an RP level, i get payback on the bastards.

Do not lower the invasions, most of the recent ones are DM run, not knowing that others have been had earlier. Instead, when dm's run these events. Notice the players doing something, and not invis looting the rewards others are fighting to get.

Monster Name:
-Withered monstrosity -

Monster Description:In appearance it looks like a halfbreed between a green Slaad and hulking Treant.

Monster Abilities:

Slow moving this wierd creations strength comes not from the physical blow it lands on its victims, but the fact on the end of its grotesque claws are tiny eggs. Should the character become inflicted they will continue to spew lesser versions of the beast until the curse liek disease is lifted

Monster Appearance:

Large slaad model, with barskin and tanglebag added

Region: Forest / Bog

Extra Comments:

A twisted creation of H'bala designed to spread itself through the use of host bodies. It's not uncommon for half rotten corpses to be found with numerous limbs half ripped to shreds from the inside out.

After a week of constant deaths, and little play time. I am going to take a break, maybe a week or more, to see if i can inspire myself to keep going.

Mines the same, I've had maybe four tells during my time on EFU. Where a DM has told me they have been impressed with my character.

XP,loot, are nice. But just getting that pat on the back is an incredible feeling.

After over a year on EFU, I have a list of players who i have learned just wont do what they promise and will come back a day later with a FD gank squad. You slowly learn who is best to build conflict with, and who is best just killing/avoiding.
