The problem imo isn't with the amount of discipline items for fighters (this isn't an informed viewpoint, just what I gather); having played numerous Fighters, there is a massive amount of stuff with +AB; but I think certain classes get ruined when KD comes into play, especially when one buffed party can surprise an unbuffed one.

I would be all for the diminishing returns idea, but personally only think KD is a problem in PvP; I would leave it as it is usually against NPCs personally.

Going through the water is difficult and requires supplies, fighting sharks at low(er) levels with no armour can do a fair bit of damage without wasting potions just to go see if anything is happening. I basically quit a character because of this so I fully support adding a way to leave Gobsquat for Zigg haters that does not involve supplies!

Just making it official, I will be gone due to exams until early June! That is, unless the pull of EfU proves too much for me to bear.

I think the sole reason for this is because of the way the ranking systems work. In groups like the Watch and House Sharboneth, there was a very obvious chain of command in which you could syphon up.

While the Conclave does have that, it's generally gained through very non-linear things, rather than just being good at filing / being very proactive. The Stygians are very objective based and the Sons are just chaotic (although I haven't joined so I may be wrong there).

I am pretty certain if these groups had obvious hierarchy like the Watch/Sharboneth did, nobody would be complaining about this. And regardless of whether you like this or not, I think this is what causes so few characters to rise the ranks rather than just high standards.

The thing is, you can't put Persistant Storage in if it's just an abandoned building that you have to claim, as well as locked doors for plotting. Things like the Merchant Guild renting out buildings would be perfectly IC imo!

Didn't realise the Temple of Umberlee did it, although that does mean good-aligned Docks characters are stuck for choice. Not a massive issue however, imo!

Given the fact there are Militiamen in the Temple District, I'd say that means that Docks members should have their own Raise Dead at the last.

How does him saying he takes acid damage on this quest somehow manage to get corrupted into him lying about not being a Dwarf or something? Regardless of what the bolts do damage against it's pretty poor taste to openly accuse him of lying without actually testing it yourself beyond "I remember when I did a different quest in the UD".

Paladins can Detect Evil and Blackguards, although rare, can Detect Good! Both of these can be done at any time from the craft menu. Otherwise, none others can detect.

There are, however, numerous tricks that can be used to hide your identity.

Welcome to EfU!

It is powerful enough with 1d10 while raining; you would have to decrease that if you wanted to add anything new this would have to be decreased; personally I would just leave it at 1d10 / level
