While the powerful of the Realms seek their enjoyment in grand tourneys  involving gleaming armor and groomed destriers, the peasants make do  with a baser form of contest: the bareknuckle brawl. The haggard men and  women who take part in this bloody and storied contest in the inns and  streets of the great cities bear its clear markings of flattened noses,  missing teeth, and swelled brows.
 
Level 1: 2/+1 DR
Level 5: WS: Unarmed Strike
Level 8: Improved Critical: Unarmed Strike

Great fun! A lot of things to do, and many even more needing to be done! If you seek to change the server and leave your mark on it then this group is the way to go. From forming new alliances to building an actual Empire, stuff happens!

I decided to try and build a character with the "brawler" pure fighter perk. It gave me the damage reduction, but when I hit level 5 I didn't recieve the feat: Weapon Specialization: Unarmed Strike.

How do I go about fixing this?

I'm playing a faction member to the Transcendant Conclave, and I've been recieving the due xp and gp payment every once in awhile. So far so good, but today it stopped giving me the xp reward. I only recieved the coin.

Is this a bug? Or has it been changed?
