I cant attest to items at range, but the potions do work when VERY close to your target.

Be nice Fink. The man makes a good point, and he is correct, however I can firmly state that while your science is spot on and it can't really be logically refuted, its not gonna happen.

Why? Well, it gives an advantage to plate wearers that other characters wouldn't have, and plate wearers get some advantages anywho.

Your a smart man, and your suggestion is valid in a realistic sense, however balance must be maintained.

Awesome, agreed. I say that not having a clue about the work required for it and knowing full well I won't be doing any of said work.

I'd like to know if Aura of Glory can be brewed/scribed into a scroll. I know Bless Weapon cant be a potion, but I wonder if it can be scribed.

Oh, and Remove Fear still works as a potion, you just have to be standing very close to the Feared person when you drink it.

Kobolds is another good place to put more Poison drops. Those scaly bastards love their poison.

I'm not sure if the issues involved in making this possible would be worth it, but I will definitely agree that it seems like a cool idea. Something I would like to see, anyway.

Kudos to you sir. I enjoyed this character very much, and times with him were always... interesting. :D

He's not a monk because while he may have been somewhat philosophical there, he is by no means wise or enlightened. Just speaking about what he knows. Furthermore, his fighting style is that of a street fighter, AKA brawler, not a disciplined martial art like a monk.

He's not a barbarian because he didn't rage out and just assault the guy like mad. His attacks were planned and calculated.

Therefore, if for no other reason than deduction, he is a fighter.

Though I agree this suggestion has merit, and personally it is something that has bothered me since the dawn of the game, I am not sure if it is possible. If it is, I am not sure it would be worth the effort that I imagine would be required.

However, as I stated, I do think this would be nice to see.

I've talked about finesse-able katanas before. It was quite frowned upon.

I agree with DBR, PvP brings an adrenaline rush that is difficult to achieve in ANY video game, and I personally love it.

Bring the pain, whiners... well, dont do it again for them.

This was a big problem every reset when I was going in and out. Soon as night falls, either the Goblins somehow manage to get past the gate and get killed (Seen it happen many times), or they get past the gate and end up bashing on it from the other side.

Either way, once their gone, there aint no getting in without a DM.
