agreeing with caddies here, not a good idea to loot from dead pc right in the middle of dm events or quests.

the only time it -might- be acceptable is if you got permission from the dm to stealth after the group and steal their shit when they go down. but thats only if you got permission, and the DM would probably give the group hints they are being followed in the interest of fairness.

and its -definately- not about levels, its about how you play. My first ever DM quest on this server i did at level 4. i died twice, and at the end ended up 3xp over what i started with. But i didnt care, i was with some great RP'ers and the quest was really fun. But if you really dont like the idea of dying, dont play low wis/int chars unless you've got a good counter balance. play IC, and do everything you can to stay alive. Ive said it a million times.

Most of the advice here is sound. But something that has been left out.

DM factions.

DM factions always need love! look at the stygians. they are currently growing, and thats due to both ooc and ic recruitment schemes.

Ever thought about trying the stewards? the guard? Hells, ask people what they think the server needs?!

personally if there are a bunch of good guys running the show the first thing i would do is go out and make a completely evil -bastard-. A real fucking lex luthor, you want survival games? Hells, sacrifice someone on the ziggurat! Seriously go crazy, kill a guard, kill a stygian, or just go mad and kill -everybody-!

Believe me, you want excitement? you want DM attention and cool plots? then grab EFU by the balls and squeeze. Make your char known by everyone! make it your chars goal!

just my opinions on the matter.

i presume if someone tried to kill a goblin in gobsquat, (which you would need a DM for anyway) they would probably intervene with a guard to pwn your face.

i will tell you for free that there there are only three plants around the island itself that i have found. none of these are clubmoss. except for (spoiler)

there is a very acessible brewer, if you actually go looking. i think i found them on the first day of EFU:A

You should look around more carefully, there is one person especially who sells powerful moderates at decent prices.

perhaps remove the stupid requirement for hide ranks? i think this would improve the class a lot. if a dm gets the chance to do it it would be cool.

i was looking at the races table (mainly the minotaur and drooling) when i noticed that sauhuagin was missing, and perhaps some others races that are not as widely known.

It would be cool to see what they can acutally do.
