I have, in two years of playing here, never seen anyone use caltrops in a useful way.

I really think this would be an excellent idea. 20% movement penalty while walking through them.

I met very few faction PCs.
All I met were incredible.

This just for people who are on the fence about applying for one!

New Vrazdn is more fun than ever. Though it still could use more Ogre Berserkers ;)

I think this is a good quest to speed newbies along.
It is not very easy to abuse either as it can only be taken a limited amount of times - like nearly all 2-3 quests of this kind I encountered.

I am very happy with how quickly a newbie or new character can get started on EfU:A. I am sure both them and I are happier to jump into plots and these things when they know they have five uses of invisibility and plenty of healing in their packs.

Bug Reports / EFUSRE: Troglodyte
January 07, 2009, 09:29:19 PM
My troglodyte PC "Chassan", account DeliciousMeat, is not getting his natural AC bonus; the AC is 10 + Dex Mod.

Also, his Hide bonus does not seem to count as a bonus, but as skill-ranks, reducing the value of this bonus dramatically, though this may be intentional in EFUSRE. Another thing, but this may also be intentional, is that one's own Stinking Cloud affects the caster.

Bug Reports / The New Conjuration System

I know Johannes is not around at the moment. Nevertheless-

I assume that it was intended that you now, when you have no caster levels, but use an item that animates dead, even if that is an item everyone can use, you have no hopes of controlling the animated creature.

This makes these items in effect useless to anyone but caster classes.

I would like to suggest that items that are flagged as "usable by all" are freed from the Summoning Point System constraint.

To clarify, my level 3 Bard / 2 Barbarian used a Torn Paper (Animate Dead, usable by everyone) and got the message that he can not control the summoned zombie since it costs 75 points, as opposed to the 10 he has available. I'd like things to work in this regard as they used to.
