Title: Orc Racial Power

The Orc Racial Power (from the orc cleric domain) doesn't seem to do anything. I click on it, I get a selector cursor, click on myself, and I just stand there doing nothing.

Same with gnome racial power I believe.

I'm pretty sure none of the racial powers are working at the moment, and that it is a known issue.
