This is mostly so people stop pestering me to put up an obit. I missed some good screenshot opportunities, screenshot button failed to work at others, and didn't really have a lot of spectacular scenes worthy of screenshotting - so don't be surprised if the following screenshots are not terribly exciting!
I don't have a lot to say about the character so I'll be brief. Klaengr was an attempt to portray a warrior of elemental fury, embodying what I feel is an often ignored aspect of dwarves - their close ties to the primal nature of the elements and the savage fury they represent. He and I helped shape and come up with the Tempering alongside many great players and I hope that the Tempering and the re-imagined, heretical faith of the All-Gods continues on for long after this character is ended.
I am proud and sad that I got fairly close to achieving the dream of Blood Mage on Klaengr. To say I had big, nearly impossible plans for Klaengr, the Underdark, the elements and the Tempering would be a wild understatement.
Unfortunately as with all things when you attempt to play big, you risk it all everytime you do. My only regret is my inability to get more people involved with what I was trying to do.

Klaengr was always a pleasure to roleplay with. Really well-characterized take on a nature-oriented dwarf. Re-imagining dwarven religion was by far one of your greatest successes.
An awesome character, I had hoped to hang around with him more often than I did.

To be fair, my role in the creation of the All-Gods and the Tempering was relatively minor on a conceptual level. I mostly just worked on Clangeddin Silverbeard (the Destroyer) and the Unmaking.

Klaengr was an absolute inspiration and the PC showed me how good an RPer Vlaid is. I feel I learned quite a bit from him.
Makes me very glad I rolled Seivjar. I made a good OOC friend through that first-sight fight with Klaengr. Well done mate.
