Miss Lujayn,I am retired from diplomatic matters in a direct capacity, and only assist in such issues in an advisory role. That is, with the exception of Il Modo and Qadira. You should approach someone else if your concern is in regards to these two particulars.
We are not exactly organizing festivals, as of yet, though I suppose the ideas phase technically counts as organizing. We are merely making a list of prospective fairs and festivals, currently. The gladiatorial Bloodsands are more underway, though you would have to speak with Student Lyrei or Balladeer Katya regarding it, as they are in charge, and I am merely crafting prizes for the occasion.
