The Ambassador of Qadira has placed a bounty on the ears of Elves of Spring's Gift.
She has stated that a reward of 5,000 dinar will be offered for each ear.
I do not know what was done to anger them so.
While this is probably targeted at the elves living in Ephia's Well, I write to you so that you may be aware of the increased danger.
