Per the wiki the sorcerer Witchcraft perk provides the following bonuses at Level 1:

Quote+5 EFUSS Alchemy
+5 EFUSS Herbalism

However, it is not appear to be applied to characters via EFUSS even after resetting the perk.

This should be factored into rolls and checks with the skill. I do not believe it displays when the /c efuss list command.
