Hey guys!
So I made a new pc you might've heard of, Phillip Kingsley.
He wants to escape the city through any means necessary, having embraced dark pacts and chaos already to ascend to the heights of power in order to carve the city and planes out of the way to return home.
I have a few hands with me already, but I would dearly enjoy others who would embrace the shenanigans I intend to pursue and cause havoc with me.
What unites us is a common desire to escape the city- by any means necessary.
