Heal domain lost almost every single reason you wouldnever take it - no more empowered wands/trinkets and probably potions.
While yes it makes sense it would be cast only... Clerics dont have the spare slots to cast those spells, making it effectively useless, unless you are only ever going to cast healing spells.
This makes a healfocus cleric worse than both positivists and mimics by a longshot. One has much stronger healing, the other nigh-infinite.
I'm not saying undo the nerf. But maybe some other kind of bonus for taking the domain would make it not suck. say 1/rest gain ash. Or maybe an alternate healing turn undead.
Positivist and Mimic are both app only perks now. Fixing a bug hardly constitutes as nerfing I think.
Healing domain is still very, very strong if your PC wants to actually heal people instead of buff.
I think its fine.
What if heal domain got a player tool that allowed a certain number of healing spells per day?
Or if a healing domain cleric got the old version of RSD's herb brew (doubling the herb effect per tick?)
The Healing domain is my favorite domain.
And that probably means its one of the strongest domains.
I played a cleric with the heal domain last July, and I think you don't understand it's full potential.
Weaker bonus abilities is fitting when you have access to powerful spells.

Which is effectively useless to do when you consider cost and duration of spells / potions. It could definitely use some unique flavor.
Give it SF: Heal and call it a day.
