Maybe I am just blind but we used to have a vendor selling things like "Scroll-Case, Gem Box, Potion Satchel" etc. Essentially, just bags with different names. This made sorting your inventory much easier. Could we have this merchant back?
Preferably with reasonably priced, low weight bags and boxes please?

You are mistaken; that trader only has generic Large Box and Bag items. I mean one with many, many different bags and boxes that all have different name such as "Potion Satchel" and "Scroll Case" etc.
