Title: Have Chosen of Ilneval +2 int go towards choosing feats and giving a skillpoint

Having just played a Chosen of Ilneval barb, I really think that +2 int should actually help you out besides giving +1 str/con on rage. It should apply towards taking feats like expertise and disarm, and give that extra skillpoint per level.
