The purple crystal cave is marked as levels 20-20. This is a very optimistic quest requirement, but I think we need to focus on levels 11-19 before it becomes relevant.
An assumption but I believe this is no bug. Patience.
There is a problem with the AT for this quest. Until we figure it out it's closed.
