Will we ever see such a interesting prestige class opportunity in a chapter so fitting for such?! We've seen the introduction of Ritualists, Blood Mages, why not Alienists?
In the history of EFU and to my knowledge, there have been at least two instances of characters (and their cohorts) who have achieved powers akin to this prestige class. Which means such benefits can be attained, but are not necessarily given as a specific prestige class. I suspect that might be intentional because looking at the alienist it seems to involve a lot of mutating others (presumably players) and would thus have to include a very compelling and creative way of going about this in-game, all of which should be covered in an application.
Not intentionally shooting down the suggestion at all, but just saying: players can already pursue such concepts without the presence of an actual prestige class.
Of course, it may well be that such things are already in the works, but I can't answer that. =)
There was actually a fairly large plot involving this in EFU:M.

I alluded to this, yes. And another, both of which I am fairly sure Necrodude is aware of, but in case not:
Theodonias Hathorne, the Aberrant King (//%22http://www.efupw.com/forums/forum/main-forums/screen-shots-obituaries/48627-the-aberrant-king%22)
Squidima, formerly known as Zeulisad Qadima, formerly known as Qadima of the Veil (//%22http://www.efupw.com/forums/forum/main-forums/screen-shots-obituaries/37494-qadima%22)
- The Outer Limits handily included their application in the post which you could refer to when creating your own if want to play a similar concept.
