Title: Decaying Bishop's Gloves

On hit Disease DC14 Filth Fever.

 On some creatures the DC drops to 12.

Disease on hit DCs are irrelevant, diseases have set DCs.

I just thought it odd that, the item description shows a DC of 14, and the combat log shows DC 14 against some creatures and DC 12 against others.  Even if it is a set DC of 12, as per wiki, the item description is bugged.
