The identify of Scavenger's Collar don't work.
Just write: "..Not a valid target.." and vanish the spell.
I think I saw you try and use that, it said invalid target, meaning you targeted someone or something other then yourself with the spell.
Identify is a self-target spell that, for 2 rounds, grants the caster a 10 + 1/caster level bonus to Lore. It is not used to identify a given, unidentified target item.
