Just as the topic says, I think the Spawnpoint of the Hanging Goblin ought to be upstairs, where the beds are, about in the middle of the hallway.
I believe this would be fairly helpful because:
(1) You would not spawn in the middle of PCs, something that always makes me feel odd.
(2) It used to be this way in the Pissing Crone, and frankly I would welcome this tiny bit of nostalgia.
I agree!
I'd concur. Simply for the fact the illusion is people are "Staying over night". Would make since they'd be hopping downstairs.
This is remarkably low priority though, in my opinion.
As I spend more time in the bar than anyone, evar, I feel it honestly isn't that big of a deal, to pretend you just walked in the front door, or from down stairs.
Most PC's are cool about it, and never did anyone blow up and go "WTF DUDE WHO JUST APPEARED. WE'RE TALKING HERE!"
I'd like this done with Kingsman's, too, if anyone gets around to this kind of work. (Moving the spawn into the hall behind Kingsman, where the rooms are, instead of in the middle of the bar.)
Little things that will leave an impression on people without them ever realizing it. :]
Yeah. This is one of those little touches that make a disproportionately larger difference, imo. It helps the illusion tremendously.
I don't know what you're talking about scotty, I always spawn in that hall near the rooms in kingsmans. I never spawn in the middle of the bar.
I always spawn in the middle of Kingsman.
I feel awkward when I walk into a middle of a bar.
Then I wake up, having lost my job, left on bad terms with a girlfriend, and then realizing I fell asleep in a trash can in some back alley with my wallet gone, and bleeding on my forehead.
Definitely exaggerated.
The kingsman's is 50% there.
If you choose to start your character as a resident. Your spawn point will be in the hallway near the bedrooms. If you talk to Kingsman himself and ask to spawn there. You'll spawn infront of the bar.
