When a Demon uses this ability (The Succubus, Vrock etc...prime examples) it summons the standard NwN Succubus which casts haste, vampire touch, Evards 3x, and has 20/+3 DR.
I do believe this is a bug, and the poor DoctorDragon lost 8117 xp due to this bug and the utterly brutal power of this summon.
I believe removing the summon ability from these creatures would be a positive change.
This is notoriously on the Tower of Mercy Quest I might add.
This has been up as a discussion ever since the first time this quest was implemented. Everytime a removal has been suggested its been stated that the summon is intentional and not something that's been forgotten or overlooked. (I do agree however that for the unprepared that thing can be a royal pain in the ass.)
Yes this has been brought up before, apparently it is intended.
This is a suggestion, not a bug. Locking the thread, you'll have to live with some creatures capable of killing you.
We may look into changing what they summon.
